NOTE: We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when USPS verifies your package is delivered.

 

Shipping

Most orders ship within 24 hours. We use USPS (United States Parcel Services) ground for the Continental U.S. and USPS Priority mail for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Boxes and addresses outside the United States. Normal shipping time within the continental U.S. is from 1 to 6 days depending on your address.

Returns & Exchange Policy

MuvasMumbo, LLC stands behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are sure that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will give you a full refund. Simply return the unused, unopened product to us within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are paid for by the customer.

There are no refunds after 14 days from the date of delivery.

All returned merchandise must include the original package containing the unopened merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials that were used to ship your merchandise to you.

Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return when sending a digital picture, and specify whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
